Shipping, Warranty, and Returns Policies
Shipping:
- Orders will be shipped directly to your address and should arrive within 5-7 business days.
- Plants on this site are not available to be purchased or picked up at the garden center.
Warranty:
- Warranties will only be issued for problems arising during the shipping process and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Examples include:
- incorrect item
- excessive damage
- infestation or disease
- dead plant

Returns:
- All direct ship plant order sales are final
- As plant varieties available to be shipped directly to you are not plants we carry in our garden center, we are unable to offer returns on these orders.
